Japanese scientists have invented a robotic wine taster that can identify up to 30 different grape varietals within 30 seconds ( click here for the full article). THIS is just fantastic. If there's one thing we hate here at CoWineCo, it's when a customer takes 45 seconds to blindly identify the wine they're drinking. You're just sitting there, tapping your foot, rolling your eyes, wishing you had a robot around that could do it faster. This new robotic triumph has yet to be named I understand, but we're hoping they go with Taste-Force 4000, The Merlotitron, or Gabe.

"Sometimes I reflect back on all the beer I have consumed. Then I look into the glass and think about the workers in the brewery and all of their hopes and dreams. If I didn't drink this beer, they might be out of work and their dreams would be shattered. Then I say to myself, "It is better that I drink this beer and let their dreams come true than be selfish and worry about my liver." |
