WTWT 2008 Every once in awhile, something happens that we know immediately will go down in history as unforgettable for generations to come....man walking on the moon...the invention of the wheel...the Dyson vacuum cleaner....and now, CoWineCo's 2nd Annual White Trash Wine Tasting 2008. Seriously, the volumes and volumes of text that will be dedicated to this event in the coming years is more than we can wrap our brains around right now. We will be pairing 4 rather fine wines with only the best in white trash cuisine so that we bring out the natural complexities of saturated fat and yellow #5.
