You know...March 14th...3/14...like the mathematical constant we all know, love, and forgot a long time ago. A few things you should know: apparently MIT often mails out their acceptance letters on Pi Day, there's quite a Second Life celebration somewhere inside the tubes of the interweb, the first Pi day was celebrated in San Francisco in 1988 where many people (i doubt the 'many' part) marched around in circular spaces then consumed fruit pies, and finally, CoWineCo celebrated Pi Day in 2008 by pouring 3.14 wines + 1.86. Why that extra 1.86?
